Please download and print one of the Self Isolating - I Can Help PDFs below, fill in the forms with your details and distribute them to your eight nearest neighbours.

If every member of St Lawrence’s did this over 500 households would be cared for and more than 25% of the residents.

Now that you've seen this message, I'd be immensely grateful - and very productive - if you'd spread the word to your family, friends, neighbours, colleagues and any other associates in the town using whatever method or platform that will reach the most people.

What can a volunteer do for someone in isolation?

  • Collect some shopping
  • Walk the dog
  • Post a letter
  • Collect prescriptions
  • Deliver a take-away
  • Or just give them a call and say hello!
